Our boutique P.O.P (Park over Property) has only 5 parking spaces in a variety of sizes in a private, secure setting where the owner lives onsite. Surrounded by native bush interspersed with grass clad clearings, the sites look out on the mighty Paparoa Range to the East and divine sunsets to the West. Dogs are welcome if well controlled

Only a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 min drive to the famous Pancake rocks. Gumboot Paradise is situated on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world.
